Meet The Team
Rachael Williams – Henleaze BS9
Rachael is a warm, fun and highly professional trainer who knows exactly how to help women feel comfortable, confident and capable. A busy mum of two, she became a Personal Trainer later in life, so she truly understands what it’s like to start (or restart) your fitness journey as an adult. She’s especially brilliant with women who feel nervous about starting a new class. Her light‑hearted and steady approach means you can build strength and fitness at a pace that feels right for you – no pressure, just support. If you’d like to chat about your personal situation Rachael is always happy to talk things through. Rachael’s classes are at Newman Hall and St Peters Church Hall in Henleaze.

Clair Cusack – Whitehall BS5
Clair has had a passion for fitness and health for over 25 years. She balances her week between her role as a Health & Wellbeing Coach for the NHS Talking Therapies service, and her work as a Personal Trainer, Older Adult Exercise Instructor, Holistic Therapist and Nordic Walking instructor.
She loves delivering Strength classes and is warm, engaging and believes exercise should be fun, bringing humour to all her sessions. You’ll leave feeling strong, empowered and with a smile on your face! Clair is happy to have a chat with you before joining her sessions and will welcome you on board.
Meet the Owner of Women’s Strength
Ros Ingleby
Ros already runs a successful fitness club, and created Women’s Strength to give women the confidence and everyday power they deserve.
“Women’s Strength grew from years of meeting women who wanted to feel stronger, but it was obvious the fitness world wasn’t built with them in mind. That’s where my idea took root: create a strength programme specifically for us, shaped by real experience and not ‘gym‑culture’. We’re focused on creating warm, welcoming spaces where women feel supported, encouraged and able to progress. No pressure or posing here, just great instructors and women that lift each other up!”
